Responsible to:  Industrial Director
  • You will be responsible for providing technical support to the production teams. To do this, you will define the technical production file (DMR: Device master record) from the design file (DHF: Device History file) in compliance with EHS rules (environment, health and safety) while ensuring a product that complies with the specifications of the design file and in compliance with lean manufacturing principles. The objective will be to find the ideal balance between the safety of production employees, the quality of the product delivered and the production cost.
  •  You will be responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured by the production team comply with their specifications during the implementation of the DMR. You will participate, mainly through technical support, in the treatment of defects revealed during the inspection of products, their commissioning or during audits.
  •  You implement corrective actions for the most critical process-related defects revealed during product inspection, commissioning or audits.
  •  In the event of a modification (change) affecting the product and/or the manufacturing process, you must maintain consistency between the product design file (PDF) and the manufacturing file (DMR) by assessing the impact of changes on the manufacturing processes (internal and external) defining and validating changes to production processes and operating procedures, establishing control specifications for raw materials or sub-components of the finished product.
  •  Definition and qualification of the tools/equipment affected by these modifications, the training of production operators and sector managers in the production of products in compliance with quality procedures, and validation of these changes in the Changes.
  •  You maintain and reorganise the production lines in accordance with the principles of "Lean Manufacturing" in daily activity, but also by leading and participating in Lean projects.
  •  You will follow and respect the EHS rules and procedures in force at Eurosilicone and participate in EHS activities and programmes (training, accident investigations, knowledge and compliance with safety analyses at workstations, etc.) in accordance with the Environment, Health and Safety policy.
  •  You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the EHS policy and will be responsible for the implementation of the EHS program and the training of the staff in the field.
  •  You are a confirmed operational person with multiple technical skills (industrial design, automation, lean manufacturing) as well as project management skills to ensure the success of large-scale projects. You will also have a good command of English and of office automation and statistical tools. Knowledge of the regulatory environment would be a plus.
  •  You are curious and lively, you make proposals and have a strong desire to move forward. Recognised for your pragmatism and organisational skills, you are able to manage your activities independently. You are also appreciated for your interpersonal skills, which will facilitate your exchanges with the various departments concerned.
