This may involve sharing relevant details with regulators, notified bodies, or competent authorities, as legally required. Please ensure the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submission of this form does not constitute an admission of liability or fault by GC Aesthetics, and GC Aesthetics' investigation of a complaint does not guarantee any particular outcome, remedy, or compensation.
